Nevaeh A. Ryals

Nevaeh Ryals was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. During the years in her early development as a young artist, she expanded her passion for the visual arts and attended art classes. She was recognized and awarded for her Black and White Self-Portrait drawing from Arcadia University. Soon recognizing the extent of her skills, Nevaeh was accepted into A.P. Art for being top of her class in attendance and completing projects. After graduating, Nevaeh decided to make visual arts her main goal thanks to the inspiration of her A.P. teacher. She applied to the University of the Arts and was accepted in Philadelphia, PA. During her undergraduate studies, Nevaeh was the top student in her classes, as exhibited consistently by being on the Dean’s List each semester. As an intern for Constance Ivana in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she assisted with mural painting and group painting in 2022. After returning, Nevaeh received the Victoria McCallum Award as a selected BIPOC painter. With all the accomplishments she has achieved, Nevaeh continues on focusing on making her artwork be exhibited and shown to the public whether be in the University of the Arts or in private galleries.
